We have recently purchased a compact weighted blanket to enhance your relaxation during our holistic, hot stones and indian head massage treatments. This uses deep pressure stimulation to calm the nervous system, ease anxiety and help reduce stress levels. It starts taking effect in as little as 3 minutes and whilst offering you comfort, the compact design prevents you from getting too warm.
