RESTORATIVE MASSAGE

A therapeutic body massage to ease tension and calm the nervous system leaving you feeling relaxed and replenished. It combines relaxing strokes and slow deeper techniques to soothe the tissues.

Choose from sunflower oil, known for it's anti-inflammatory, nurturing and skin strengthening properties or our restorative massage oil. This aromatherapy blend is infused with relaxing Geranium and Lavender contains manuka oil to offer soothing anti-inflammatory properties, whilst arnica ease muscle tension.

1hr Restorative Massage - £55

Create your own bespoke treatment from any or all of the following area's; back & shoulders, neck, upper chest, arms, legs & feet.

1.5hr Restorative Massage

A full body massage incorporating back, neck and shoulders, upper chest, arms and hands, legs and feet, with the option to include either a scalp or face massage.

2hr Restorative Massage

A full body massage including scalp and face. Areas included in the treatment face, scalp, back, neck and shoulders, upper chest, arms and hands, legs and feet.
