RESTORATIVE RELAXATION MASSAGE

A restorative massage designed to ease tension and calm the nervous system, shifting you into 'rest and digest mode, leaving you feeling more relaxed and replenished. It combines relaxing strokes, slow techniques and gentle stretching to soothe the tissues, ease everyday muscular tension and promote a sense of deep inner calm. Perfect for tired minds and bodies.

This is a bespoke treatment so the level of pressure can be adapted to your preferences and you can choose to focus on specific areas or enjoy a full body massage. We will use a light textured nut & fragrance free water dispersible oil or a massage lotion for your treatment.
