Holistic Massage
Relax and revive the mind and body, whilst easing tired, achy muscles. We will gather some information about your general health and lifestyle, adopting a person-centred approach to your massage, with the pressure adjusted to your comfort from light traditional swedish massage techniques through to deep tissue massage to aid relaxation, depending on your preference.
If you are experiencing troublesome pain, have a specific problem or a minor injury that you would like treating please book a sports massage, as this includes a more in-depth assessment. ​

Our holistic massage is tailored to you.
Select from the following areas to create your own bespoke treatment:
back / neck / shoulders / scalp / face / upper chest / arms / hands / lower legs / back of legs / full legs (excludes groin area) / feet
​If you require a full body massage, a minimum of 60 minutes is needed. If you wish to incorporate all of the areas listed above a 90 minute session will be needed.
