This massage combines swedish massage techniques with heated basalt stones for a deeply relaxing treatment. It is a complete body, mind and spirit treatment to create a sense of harmony and tranquillity. Helping to ease tired achy bodies, whilst calming the mind, easing stress and anxiety and promoting more restful sleep.
A popular treatment for those suffering with chronic/persistent pain conditions where other massages may have been too uncomfortable.​​

Coconut light oil provides deep hydration & anti-inflammatory, benefits while leaving skin soft & smooth. Especially beneficial for dry, sensitive skin.
Sunflower oil rich in fatty acids & vitamins to nurture and strengthen the skin barrier function and offers anti-inflammatory benefits. It is easily absorbed and non-greasy.
Balancing aromatherapy oil infused with Bergamot, Roman Chamomile & Lavender with a grounding effect, to reclaim a sense of calm and balance.
Relaxing aromatherapy oil, a calming blend with Geranium, Ylang-Ylang, Lavender, Clary Sage & Petitgrain.​
