Swedish Relaxation Massage
Our Swedish relaxation massage is a combination of flowing techniques using light to moderate pressure to induce relaxation and improve your wellbeing.
We use premium quality warm oils and long, gliding strokes, light kneading and lifting of the muscles, rhythmical tapping, gentle friction and vibration/shaking movements.
Choose from a selection of oils;
Anti-stress Oil - a light citrus aroma of sweet orange and mandarin coupled with a fragrant hint of lavender, creating a soothing and relaxing effect to those with a tired body, stress and tension.
Wellbeing Oil - a synergistic blend of lavender, lemon, tea tree, clary sage, sandalwood and neroli collectively soothe senses and comfort the emotions. An ideal choice for clients with emotional stress or tension.
Sweet Almond Oil - cold pressed to yield the highest quality, this oil is high in essential fatty acids. It is an excellent emollient making it beneficial for dry skin and it is well known for it's anti-inflammatory effects.
*the nut allergen is removed making it safe for nut allergy sufferers
Aqua-Mass Oil - this nut and fragrance free water dispersible massage oil has light textured base of grapeseed oil and soothing jojoba for a nourishing massage. Rich in linoleic acid vital for healthy skin. Conditions and soothes the skin leaving it feeling soft and supple.

The treatment commences with a soothing facial cleanse and warm mitt foot cleanse. Followed by massage of the décolleté, neck and face, hand and arms, legs* and feet and back.

Treatment Time: 1hr 30 minutes
Upper Body Massage £38
Treatment includes massage of the décolleté, arms and hands, shoulders, neck and back.
Treatment Time: 45 minutes
Full Body Massage £50
Includes a warm mitt foot cleanse followed massage of the décolleté area, hands and arms, legs* and feet, back, shoulders and neck.
