Therapeutic Massage

The perfect treatment to relax and revive the mind and body, whilst easing general minor aches and pains. A moderate to deep pressure massage (adjusted to your preference) using a combination of Swedish massage and deep tissues techniques. If you have an injury, a specific problem or areas of tension that you have left untreated for some time we suggest booking a sports massage to address these issues first.

Our therapeutic massage is tailored to your requirements. For example, if you would like a full body massage but only like deeper tissue massage on your back and shoulders, with lighter massage everywhere else, that's ok.
